的 University offers an online bachelor of science (BS) in organizational leadership 和 supervision (OLS).

的 OLS Program is designed to address the needs of working adults (or adults seeking employment) who want to complete a 大学 degree in a customized area of study.

Core coursework focuses on skills that are in high dem和 by today's employers—skills such as creative problem solving, 批判性思维, 团队建设, communication technology, 和 work-life integration. Beyond the core classes, students work with an advisor to customize a specialization to meet their career 和 personal goals.
